COVID-19 Customer Update:
As Levels continually fluctuate throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic we'd like to assure our customers that we are following all guidelines presented by the Ministry of Health. For your safety our staff are will be wearing face coverings and gloves, and surfaces are disinfected hourly with contact tracing in place. Contactless services, online booking, and payments are available. We'd like to remind you to keep distance from our staff, wear a face covering if possible and sign using the QR code posted around our facility - any crew you bring with you must also sign into the Floating Dock, if you do not have the app please provide staff your details for contact tracing. Please note a 2% admin/account fee applies to those who wish to hold a credit account with us e.g., paying by internet banking or direct credit.
We reserve the right to charge for the service as applicable for "no shows" or late notice cancellations - it is best to notify us as soon as possible, at least 48 hours prior, if you are a unable to attend your booking. This way we can allow another customer your allocated booking time.

The Floating Dock's office is known as 'The Sitting Quail', as it's a popular alternative to The Sitting Duck café for our customers - many of our clients like to pop in for a cup of tea and a chat.
