COVID-19 - Customer Update:
Level 1 - We are following all government guidelines to stop the spread of Covid-19, we ask that our customers take appropriate actions, scan in using the QR code posted at our facility (this includes your crew).
Level 2 - We continue to operate following government guidelines, however you will need to remain on board your vessel and wear appropriate PPE (as will our staff). We also ask that you are the only person to bring your vessel in. We also have contactless options available, where our staff will collect & return your vessel.
Level 3 - We offer contactless services where our staff will collect & return your vessel. Payments may be made online without any additional fees.
Level 4 - Operations cease.

Saturday: 7.30am to 12 noon.

Please note a 2% admin/account fee applies to those who wish to hold a credit account with us e.g., paying by internet banking or direct credit.
We reserve the right to charge for the service as applicable for "no shows" or late notice cancellations - it is best to notify us as soon as possible, at least 48 hours prior, if you are a unable to attend your booking. This way we can allow another customer your allocated booking time.

The Floating Dock's office is known as 'The Sitting Quail', as it's a popular alternative to The Sitting Duck café for our customers - many of our clients like to pop in for a cup of tea and a chat.
